Shipping and Return + Refund Policy

NOTICE: All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product. It must be unopened and original condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund.

On all packaged items we require that the customer contact us within at least ten (10) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange. Ketum does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise. All orders are thoroughly inspected at Ketum and adequately packed before shipment. Ketum does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer. All Ketum products are packaged and heat sealed. This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund. Ketum reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.

Orders received before 2:00PM EST, Monday to Friday (except holidays), will ship the same day. Orders received after the cut off time will begin to process the next business day.

Domestic (within US) Shipping Carriers

We respect federal state and city laws, our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance. Our Domestic (within US) shipping methods are either 2-5 days USPS Priority or 1-2 days USPS Priority Mail Express. Both come with tracking and delivery confirmation but we do not require a signature. The standard charge for 2-5 day shipping is $8.95 and $28.95 for Priority Mail Express. USPS Priority Mail Express usually means that the package will be delivered the next day but NOT an overnight shipping option. This will depend on your zip code. Orders must be received before cutoff time to qualify. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that contents comply with all laws within the US state it’s being shipped to.
