How Much Kratom Should You Take as a Beginner?
We always recommend starting as slowly as possible, at least until you see how your body is going to react. For example, start with 1 to 4 grams of kratom. More than that and you might get some unwanted side effects. If you don’t get the benefits you want after 30 to 45 minutes, then you can take an additional gram or two.
If that still doesn’t work, then we recommend waiting a few hours before trying again. If you don’t get the results you want, then it might also be the kratom. The best kratom is found with specialty online vendors who test their kratom products and have a good reputation in the kratom industry.
How Much Kratom Should You Take For Energy and Focus?

How Long to Wait Between Kratom Doses? How Often Can You Take Kratom?
Now that you know how much to dose, how often can you take it? While it will work better if you take it only occasionally, many people like taking it multiple times per day. However, taking it sparingly can help you prevent tolerance as well as side effects.
If you do want to take it multiple times in one day, we strongly recommend a maximum of three doses per day. Additionally, you will get the best results if you wait at least 4 hours between doses. I have found that if I eat between doses, as long as the meal is more than an hour before my next dose, it helps to eradicate remnants of the first dose to unlock the potential for the next dose.
