Ashwaganda Supreme Green Jong Kong Smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 1/4 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha
  • 2 tsp GREEN JONG KONG kratom powder

Sweetener such as honey or date syrup to taste

Directions

Add ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately, relax and let your worries slip away!
